Why is it Important?
OneSTL is a collaborative effort that relies on the local governments, businesses, organizations, and residents of the St. Louis region to work together to improve sustainability. The OneSTL Network brings these groups together to share their experiences and develop partnerships. The Network is open for anyone to join, free of charge. This indicator reflects how extensively the St. Louis community is working together to become more sustainable.
How are we Doing?
OneSTL was adopted by the East-West Gateway Board of Directors in December 2013. The OneSTL Network formed in early 2014. By the end of 2022, 222 organizations and 268 individuals joined the Network, showing their support for the OneSTL vision and goals. The strongest growth in membership was in the first year (2014), when 174 organizations and individuals joined the Network. The Network has gained members each year. The second strongest growth year was 2019 when 65 new members joined. There were 25 new members in 2022.

St. Louis eight-county bi-state region, including Franklin, Jefferson, St. Charles, and St. Louis counties and the city of St. Louis in Missouri and Madison, Monroe, and St. Clair counties in Illinois. View map.
