2013 was busy with the completion of the OneSTL Plan. Open Houses were held in August and September to test the goals and objectives of the plan. Between September and November hundreds of comments regarding the draft plan were submitted by area residents and OneSTL committee members. All the comments were reviewed and the plan edited through the end of November.
On November 21, the Heartlands Conservancy Board of Directors voted to endorse the OneSTL Plan. The East-West Gateway Council of Governments Board of Directors received the final plan for review just before the Thanksgiving break and on December 11 voted to approve OneSTL.
